What if a renter wants to extend a trip?
There may be times when a renter is enjoying their trip so much that they wish to extend it. This guide will walk you through the steps involved in seamlessly extending a trip.
💬 Renter Checks Vehicle for Availability
- If a renter wishes to extend their trip, check to see if the vehicle is available beyond the current rental period
- If it is, send them a link to the vehicle on Otto
- They can then book the vehicle for however many more days they want to keep the vehicle
